Whether it is a large scale subdivision or a small in-fill enclave, Bell-Cannon approaches each of its projects with the same level of detail and execution. Accurate budgeting, quality of construction and customer satisfaction are the hallmarks of Bell-Cannon Construction. Bell-Cannon operates through sustainable methods and practices as a member of the US Green Building Council and as a certified EarthCraft Builder. Distressed Asset Services

Given the challenges of today’s real estate market, it is even more important that an experienced owner-oriented team be assembled to take on the re-positioning of distressed real estate. Cannon offers its residential services to banks and institutions to assess and provide strategic services for special assets. Depending on the client’s objectives, Cannon provides: property/project assessment, detailed planning, and execution services including the successful disposition of special assets for its institutional clients. In addition, Cannon offers asset and property management services to its institutional clients to assist in maintaining the assets at a high level until disposition.
